Susan Walser

Susan Walser has lived in the Chapel Hill/Hillsborough area since 1996.  I began my real estate career soon after our move here.  I decided to become a Realtor because I really enjoy the beauty of this area, what our great towns and universities have to offer, plus I wanted to help others find their perfect home here, too.  I have personally bought and sold real estate, investment property, undeveloped land, built a home, and renovated a home.  I spent 18 years in the financial futures industry in Chicago and my background in the financial industry along with my personal experience in real estate brings a unique combination of skills that will help both buyers and sellers, first time home buyers, and those relocating to the area – been there, done that! Buying or selling a home is a financial commitment that needs guidance and communication from the initial contact through the exchanging of the keys.  I am here to provide that to you from help with real estate contracts, negotiations, recommendations and referrals on everything from cleaning to staging to inspectors to lenders and closing.
