FSBO Sellers: List your home in the MLS for a flat fee of $500 plus the buyer agent commission!
This “entry only” limited service is for sellers who want to represent themselves in the sale of their home but want the exposure that only the MLS can offer.
What We Do:
- Take the home photos (or if you prefer, we will use photos you have taken).
- Enter the home in MLS.
- Set the home up with the appointment center so agents can schedule showings.
- Provide you with the appropriate state mandated disclosures that buyers will need from you prior to making an offer.
What You Do:
- Provide us with an official appraisal drawing confirming the square feet of your home.
- Provide us with the remarks that will be used in MLS that highlight the special aspects of your home.
- Place a FSBO sign in your front yard.
- Place a lockbox on your front door for agents to gain access once a showing has been approved (or you can be present for all showings).
- Represent all aspects of the sale of your home once the house is in MLS.
- Notify us once your home is under contract and again once your home has closed.
